From enterprise fleet SaaS

Replace the heavy stack with the right-sized one

Enterprise fleet SaaS was built for 200-vehicle operators with a dedicated admin role. If you have 20 vehicles and a part-time admin, you are paying for plumbing you never see — and adding a teammate is another seat-license conversation. Here is what the same operations look like when the product is sized for you.

Where enterprise overshoots

Four signs you are paying for someone else's scale

It is not that enterprise tools are bad. They are right for a different shape of business.

Built for 200, you have 20
Half the features are about delegating tasks across departments that you do not have. The other half are the ones you actually use, three clicks deep.
Weeks of onboarding
A specialist configures the system; a year later you cannot edit a season rule without calling them. Knowledge stays with the vendor.
Configuration you cannot ignore
Eight kinds of vehicle 'status', four 'rental types', three 'pricing modes' — every dropdown asks a decision you do not need to make.
Vendor-locked data model
Exports exist but are second-class. Migrating away is a quote, not a button. The longer you stay, the more painful leaving becomes.

Questions

Switching FAQ

Will we lose feature depth at our scale?

For 10-100 vehicle operations, no — the depth on pricing, compliance, and operations is intentionally there. We do skip features like cross-company franchise hierarchies that only matter at 500+ vehicles.

Do you support SSO?

Better-auth is the auth layer. SAML / OIDC SSO is on the roadmap; for now the supported flow is email + password with role-based permissions.

GDPR / data residency?

Renviq runs in the EU. Customer data stays in the EU. PII deletion via export-and-purge is a documented flow, not a support ticket.

Multi-location workspace — limit?

No structural limit. Most plans cover unlimited locations; very large fleets (50+ locations) get a custom plan with the same product.

Can we white-label / customize branding?

The customer-facing artifacts (agreement PDFs, invoice templates, email templates) are configurable. The admin UI itself is not white-labeled.

Are we locked into an annual contract?

Monthly is the default. Annual gets a discount. No multi-year commitments. Cancel at the end of any month.
