What is car rental software and what does it do?

Renviq is car rental software built for small and mid-sized fleets: every vehicle, customer, contract, and payment lives in a single record, so handovers, renewals, and reporting stop drifting out of date.
Can I migrate from a spreadsheet?
Yes. CSV import covers vehicles, customers, and historical bookings. We help you map columns the first time.
Do I need a credit card to sign up?
No card required for Free or for the 14-day trial of Pro / Max.
How much does car rental software cost?
Pricing scales with fleet size and booking volume, not with which modules you turn on — small fleets start free, and larger operators pay a flat tier as they grow. Car rental software shouldn't gate fleet management, dynamic pricing, or invoicing behind separate add-ons, so every plan ships with the full feature set.
Can I accept payments through the platform?
Yes. You can record manual payments today; full Stripe Connect integration is in active development.
Who owns the data?
You do. Export all bookings, customers, and invoices as CSV any time. We don't sell or share data.
What about GDPR?
EU-hosted, GDPR-compliant. Data processing agreement signed automatically on signup. You can request export or deletion any time.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel any time from billing settings — access continues until the end of the paid period, then billing stops. Unused time is not refunded.
