Why we built it

Most rental businesses in Europe still run on a stack that wasn't designed for them — a spreadsheet for the fleet, a separate booking widget, an accountant who needs invoices in a fourth format, a paper agreement at handover. Each tool solves one slice and leaves seams everywhere else.

We came at it from the operator side first. Years of watching small fleets fight invoicing rules, GDPR retention, multi-currency deposits, and bilingual agreements made one thing obvious: this category does not need a thinner CRM. It needs the rental-specific surface — bookings, fleet, pricing, agreements, inspections, deposits, invoices, fees — on one product, one bill, one mental model.

Renviq is that product. The same feature set ships to every plan — there is no premium tier that unlocks the parts you actually need to run a fleet. The pricing scales with usage, not with which features the operator is allowed to touch.
