Questions about pricing
Is the Free plan really free forever?
Yes. Free is the complete product with no time limit — capped only at 2 vehicles, 1 user and 10 bookings per month. No card required.
What counts toward the vehicle limit?
Every active vehicle in your fleet. Archived vehicles do not count. Upgrade any time as your fleet grows.
What happens if I reach my plan's limits?
You are prompted to upgrade. Existing data is never deleted or locked — you simply cannot exceed the cap until you move to a larger plan.
Can I switch plans or cancel any time?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade or cancel whenever you want; changes apply from the next billing period.
Is there a trial on paid plans?
Pro and Max include a 14-day free trial. Starter has no trial — but Free already lets you use the full product indefinitely.
Monthly or yearly — how much do I save?
Yearly billing gives you two months free compared to paying monthly.
Which payment methods and currency?
Card payment via Polar, billed in EUR.
Do I lose any features on a smaller plan?
Never. Every plan ships the identical product. Plans differ only in capacity — vehicles, team members and bookings.
