Customer portal FAQ

Does the customer need an account?

No. The portal opens from a secure link tied to one booking — there is no sign-up, no password and no app to install.

How long does the link work?

The link is scoped to a single booking and expires 30 days after the rental ends, so old links stop working on their own.

Is it secure?

Yes. Each link carries a long random token that grants access to that one booking only, and it can be revoked at any time.

Can the renter pay online?

The portal shows the outstanding balance and how to settle it with you. Online card payment isn't enabled yet — the renter pays at pick-up or by bank transfer as arranged.
