How to read these numbers
- Utilization rate is rented days divided by available days. A period with no available days has no rate, which is why the result shows a dash rather than zero.
- ADR counts only days that were actually rented, so it stays comparable between a busy August and a quiet November.
- RevPAU spreads revenue over the whole fleet and the whole period, so it is the one that drops when you add a vehicle that does not earn.
